Well here are some pics of the beast

Some pics of both sides you can see the rust. The rear seat pic is a modification that I had planned for my tii. That never happen so I decided to get it done this time, I had the parts for about four years . I also have a matching set of headrest, also don`t worry about the rust. I have a nice seat, after all the fitting is done thats the one that will be used.

I done all kind`s of work to the car already mostly to get it to run ok, can you believe that the clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder and one wheel cyclinder were bad. Also I rebuilt the carb and replaced the water pump. For a beater it runs pretty good, the carb needs to be rejetted because is too rich.

Well this is it for today, I have some so so recaros that I can put in right now. Might do it tomorrow after I get back from racing mountain bikes.

Well back to the madness

After been without an official 2002, sold my 74 tii in 2004. I have 2 part cars but not a driver , well I finally got a roundie 1972 atlantik(blue) has some rust but it can be fixed. The price was right, the car had several cool mods done already, 5 speed transmision, rims, bilstein shocks, front strut bar, swaybars with uretane bushings and a 32-36 carb. Also the exhaust system looks pretty nice.

Also had a lot of thing done wrong and I mean way wrong. The lady that had some stuff done, found a butcher. He stripped a bleeder from the front caliper and he but the thing back in with jb weld , but didn`t even do that right because the thing started to leak.

The worst thing on the car was the carb, it had 8 bolts stripped all the jetting was wrong one of the idle jets was crush and the main jets were so beat that you couldn`t read the numbers. He also stripped two of the stud that hold the carb on to the manifold and last but not least he bent the car in two places, from over tighting the nuts. I`m amazed the thing even ran.
